Great team, years of experience and it shows! No ‘big sell’ either which I really appreciate and they truly listen to what you need (and your budget) . 2nd time I have used Focus on Flooring and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Highly recommend !
Excellent help and advice we got our floors done the whole house actually and are very happy with both the quality and the installation
Thanks to Lea and Oz for their professional help and advise and for recommending Colin to do my timber stairs.
Our experience with Phil and Lea at Focus on Flooring has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when we noticed a slight issue with the colouring of a couple of planks, all it took was a quick phone call. The way they handled it was exceptional — no hassle, no drama, just pure professionalism. They addressed it straight away and made sure everything was perfect. We’re extremely happy with our new floor. The workmanship, the service, and the attitude from the team were all first-class. Thank you Phil and Lea — highly recommended. Five stars.
Could not recommend Ozden highly enough for knowledge and professional service.
Great range, great price and superb customer service. Highly recommend
